The candidate will be required to provide evidence of successful completion of the three hundred sixty hour (360) credit hours of the postgraduate program(s) as approved by the American Chiropractic Board on Occupational Health (ACBOH).
The candidate should complete the application for examination and submit it along with payment to the ACBOH. Checks should be made payable to: ACBOH.
The fees surrounding the examination processes is decidedly on an annual basis and will be posted on the application for examination.
